Taking care of our homebuyers is what CrestWood Communities is all about. You can expect fast, courteous and attentive service throughout the homebuying process and in the resolution of any customer care items that might come up after your family moves in. Our top priority is ensuring that you are satisfied with your new home. You have our name on it.

With the exception of specified emergencies, all requests for service must be in writing. Please use our Customer Care Request form (see link below) to notify us of your customer care items. Mail, Fax or Email completed form to the CrestWood Communities office. We will contact you to set an inspection appointment. Service appointments are available from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Thank you for your cooperation.
